What it does

Hosted Voice is the underlying platform for Sync voice communications. It utilizes VoIP (Voice-over-IP) protocol with the G.711U codec to deliver crystal-clear HD voice calls between devices.

When Sonic delivers data and voice, we provide all on site equipment and can securely troubleshoot issues remotely, 24/7.

Sonic fully custom configures each hosted voice deployment specifically to a customer’s needs, installs all equipment from switch to phone and provides live user / system admin training with on site support when you port your phone numbers.

What it means

HD Voice: crystal clear, crisp, clear, and seamless conversations.

VoIP is digital: it is completely flexible in configuration and offers improved audio quality (HD Voice) and a much wider variety of features when compared to traditional analog phone lines (POTS).

No calls to multiple providers, Sonic can troubleshoot issues end to end because we deploy all equipment and can monitor/resolve many issues securely and remotely, without a site visit.

Most providers simply ship phones — we custom install on site or drop ship to remote work locations as needed.
